All About Biscotti

I am a graduate student. This means that my life revolves around reading, writing, teaching, and blogging as a form of procrastination. I started this blog in the Fall of my first year in graduate school, and I have been writing off and on since then.

I would describe myself as neurotic, liberal, chatty, passionate, enthusiastic and curious about life and people. I overanalyze everything which is why I sometimes decide to quit blogging…and also why I always come back to it. I worry about balancing the personal and the public and whether I should be anonymous or not. But at the end of the day, I think it is fun to blog, so here I am.

My greatest passion in life is traveling. When I am not traveling, I am reading about traveling or planning my next trip. Most of my life goals revolve around places I want to go and the things that I want to do once I get there.

I am a work-in-progress.

I love the color purple, the Clintons, my cat Whiskers, chocolate, and running. I also love to laugh, especially at off-color or inappropriate humor. Wit and loyalty are the two most valued qualities that I appreciate in others.
